On 28 October, 2020, the Government of the Republic of Moldova approved the Strategy for ensuring independence and integrity in the justice sector for 2021-2024 and the Action Plan for its implementation. These important documents were drafted by the Ministry of Justice and are considered an essential goal in promoting policies related to reforming the field of justice, which will allow the establishment of a predictability of sustainable development of the entire justice sector in the Republic of Moldova.

The Ministry of Justice continues to rely on a dynamic involvement and support of all actors in the judiciary, civil society and development partners in the process of promoting and discussing this policy document on the parliamentary platform, in order to ensure its adoption by a broad consensus.
