A Martisor from the bottom of the heart for everyone - an action organized by the Ministry of Justice
The day of March 1 marks the arrival of the most beautiful and graceful season - Spring, but it is also the day when martisors are traditionally offered, a symbol that announces and illustrates the rebirth of nature and the emergence of new hopes for all people to create the most beautiful things and to make the world better, more understanding.
In fact, martisors bring good luck and happiness, in this sense the Ministry of Justice wishes everyone great success at the beginning of this spring.
This symbol of innocence and purity, of the rebirth of nature and, at the same time, of the rebirth of love - Martisor was recognized as an element of intangible cultural heritage, and inscribed by UNESCO in 2017 in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Thus, today, on Martisor Day, in the spirit of spring atmosphere, warm, bright and friendly on behalf of the Minister of Justice, Fadei Nagacevschi were congratulated the ministry staff, giving them the symbol of spring foretokening - Martisor, a beautiful combination of red and white wishing them cordial wishes of prosperity, peace, harmony, great achievements and inspiration to achieve the new goals set.
Sometimes these simple but truly heartfelt gestures bring so much happiness and joy to people. It is true that happiness comes from small things.
Also, on the occasion of this event, is organized an exhibition of martisors made from the bottom of the heart by persons deprived of liberty in prisons across the country, as well as by subjects in the custody of probation bodies, through which they expressed and illustrated the inspired character of the creations, the originality and the uniqueness.
The compositions of martisors can be admired in the central hall at the entrance to the Ministry of Justice, str. 31 August, 1989, 82 in compliance with all rules and measures to prevent Covid-19 infection.
The Ministry of Justice supports all initiatives and desideratum based on the principle of humanization, compassion and empathy, which are sincerely and wholeheartedly carried out.
